1/2 CUP YOGURT
1/2 FROZEN BANANA
1/2 CUP SPINACH
1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
1/4 TSP PEPPERMINT EXTRACT
2 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP OR SWEETENER OF CHOICE
FLOAT TO TOP WITH ICE ICE CUBES
TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM
OPTIONAL DYE-FREE SPRINKLES
1. Add all ingredients to the Blendplus, and blend for 3-5 cycles.
